Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of BROS.GG and users in connection with internet services provided through BROS.TFT.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The Site means the online service operated by the Company. A User is any member or non-member using the Site. A Member is a registered user who continuously receives and uses the Site's services; a Non-member uses services without registration.
Article 3 (Publication and Amendment)
The Company publishes these Terms where users can easily review them. The Company may amend them within applicable law. Changes will normally be announced at least seven days in advance, or at least thirty days in advance when materially unfavorable to users.
Article 4 (Registration and Service Agreement)
A service agreement is formed when an applicant accepts these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company approves the application. The Company may reject or defer applications involving false information, another person's identity, technical limitations, or other reasonable grounds.
Article 5 (Member Obligations and Account Security)
Members must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect their credentials, and comply with applicable law and these Terms. Members must not misuse another person's information, disrupt the service, infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, or use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Article 6 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)
Members may request withdrawal at any time. The Company may restrict or terminate membership for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, repeated disruption, false registration, or other serious misuse, subject to applicable notice and remedy procedures.
Article 7 (Provision, Changes, and Suspension)
The Company may provide community, statistics, guides, and related services and may change them for operational or technical reasons. Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, outages, force majeure, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Article 8 (User Content)
Users are responsible for content they submit. The Company may restrict, hide, or remove content that violates law or policy, infringes rights, contains harmful or false information, promotes abuse, or disrupts the community. Necessary licenses are limited to operating and displaying the service.
Article 9 (Service Restrictions)
The Company may warn, temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts in proportion to violations. Immediate measures may be taken when necessary to protect users or the service, with notice and an opportunity to object where required.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are submitted to the court having jurisdiction under applicable civil procedure law.
